Vent, carpet, and generic house cleaning

I want to get my vents and carpets cleaned in my new place before I move in. However if a place, like servepro, has a good deal where they will do the generic cleaning too I would consider that.

Anyone know of a one stop shop that is good? If not would you just rent one of those carpet cleaners? Who would you hire for the carpets or for the vent cleaning.

I used Ram to do the ducts at my new place. They also do carpet and full clean.
