I have a GM Code reader by Innova (#3123). Same as this:

For most GM Domestic cars and trucks 1982-1995.

It is 'new' in the package with instruction manual with code definitions etc. Bought it a long time ago but was wrong one for my vehicle and never got around to returning it.
