Anyone see a hit n run outside 1410 last night?

Near the intersection of 17th ave sw and 14th st sw.

My buddy just got a volkswagen R32 from the states. LITERALLY had it for 20 km's (got it monday night).

Went to watch the game at 1410, some pickup truck took off the front end of his car.

Anybody see anything?

Was there a truck parked in front of him? What evidence you have it was a truck?

Don't really have much info.

I guess the bouncer said he saw a truck pulling away after the smash. I don't have many details, i'll find out if he took picks.

I would've thought though, that 17th ave, on the night of a hockey game, SOMEONE would have seen/reported that to the police. Hopefully the REAL police/CSI can handle this one for once, probably not though.

I can't help you sorry, but I definately did see the blue R32.

It was fine around 8PM when I drove past it.

I am the owner, and yes... I only had it for 24 hours.

A 1980's looking Red pickup truck with a white camper shell ripped the front of the car off while attempting to pull into McDonalds. He proceeded to flee through the rear of the parking lot. McDonalds is providing a copy of the security DVD. Hopefully I will be able to zoom in and identify the plate but the camera was quite far away and the video looked poor on the small TV screen they had in the back.

Damn, that brings a tear to my eye. What is the damage? Looks like he broke open you washer fluid reservoir (?) as well as fucked your bumper and quarter panel. Any other damage?

The front left quarter panel... the entire front bumper... punctured washer fluid. Tire and Rim is fine... See what new damage the body shop finds...

At least I get the license plate bracket off the front now...
