This is a very nice set of furniture that has been taken care of. It is about 4 years old, and has been steam cleaned every 6 months with the Bissel with Scotchguard. There are no rips or tears in either the couches or the cushions. It has been cleaned in preparation for sale, and is currently in storage in the garage. This is a nonsmoking home.
$500 or reasonable offer.
If you meet me at $500, I will deliver the set within city limits. Delivery means I will bring it to your place of residence, but not into the building.
If you're willing to pick it up, then I'm willing to negotiate a bit.
The set was purchased from Leons, and there's nothing wrong with it. We simply upgraded to a nice leather set instead.
