How to Remove the middle seats in 2001 Acura MDX?

Does anyone know how to remove the middle seats in first generation Acura MDX?

Don't know exactly but maybe check out http://www.mdxers.org/ there is probably something on there about it I would assume 01-06 is the same deal.

All I found on the internet - "it is not a easy in/easy out procedure".
Well, I managed to take off the cushion (the actual piece I want to replace), now I just need to figure out how to put it back together.
