going from 14" to 15" or 16" wheels

If I were to go up in wheel size, what tire size should I be looking at getting. Save messing up the speedo and gas mileage, to a minimum.

Current size is 185/60/R14

The stock tire size from 14 is 195/50-15 and 205/40-16

basically 1 size up on rim is one size down on aspect ratio... but a tire size calculator is very helpful too
