Post up a picture of your worst stuck and tell the story!

Went on an unofficial run with Toyota club on Oct 25th, had to cross a muskeg at Mclean. I figured I could make it since a longer wheelbase Tacoma got stuffed. I was wrong.

Happy posting!

I have a question.

How much do you guys usually spend at a car wash after a 4x4 run in the woods?

I never got stuck when I had my explorer. But had to go pull out a couple of my buddies.

We went out in the middle of a snowstorm for a night time trail ride back in New Brunswick. My buddy ran over a big rock that was in the trail, but covered in snow and three of the wheels were no longer touching the ground hehe. It was kinda funny seeing his little Tracker balancing on a rock and unable to move hehehe and it was so light when I pulled him out I just yanked him out right into the side of the trail at which point he got stuck in about 3 and a half feet of snow...Had to break out the shovels for that one haha.

Went to a place near edmonton and plugged my 85 pickup into a 4 foot deep hole, sunk in mud over the hood, back wheels off the ground, i cant find the pictures.

My average is about $25, but then again I am pretty anal so I spray the engine bay, frame, body until you can't tell I take it wheeling.

Slipped off the top edge of the embankment and wound up resting against the bank with the rear wheel in the air, no traction with the front passenger either.. Nice scrapes from getting pulled out, lol. The bottom of the passenger window is level with the upper part of the dirt.

I don't have a picture but back in the fall of 2000 I was out at McLean Creek with my shiny new S-10. It was the first 4x4 I'd ever owned so I really didn't know what it could go through. Well I misjudged the depth of a "puddle". I guessed it to be about a foot of water and it turned out to be about 5. I was tipped in at a 45 degree angle with most of the engine bay submerged and water coming into the cab. It took about an hour to get it pulled out by some helpful folks and when I opened the passenger door it was just like in the movies...WHOOSH out came all the water. I spent a little over $600 to fix the interior (seats & carpet were pulled, new underlay) but the truck was never the same again. I still want to cry when I think about that day.

I bought a pressure washer specifically for this and my trailer. I'd spend $15 on just the big chunks of mud, before I'd presoak , soap, wax and spot free.
