How can I access a blocked website (access restricted to Japan only)

On March 15th this website opens:

Sadly unless one is in the Kanagawa (Tokyo, Yokohama, Chiba, etc) prefecture of Japan access is blocked. I want to listen to a great DJ on Inter-FM, is there a work around for gaining access to this website?

I am on a Mac if it matters.
