You could just make 2 red bars in each side of him...
Unless you want him inside the leaf?
or do you want him in the middle with the 2 red bars but make him red instead??

it is clean, but for a logo on a website or on a window vinyl, the ninja guy is hard to make out, without knowing what is there.

if he were to fit completely inside the maple leaf...
