time for me to have a real rig again
this will be the first toyota that I build for myself . I am starting with the toy I ran at the cheap truck in red deer last year. I have been driving it for the last few month and enjoy the truck but it is far from what I want it to be.
the truck is an 85 4runner with 22re and auto tranny.
the plan
I now have a spare set of diffs that I will be trussing, armoring and shaving. installing 5:29's with lockers front and rear
high steer for the front as well as hydro assist.
I have a 92 blazer with a 4.3l 700r4 that will fit into the toy as well behind that will be dual toy t-cases one may have 4.7 to 1 in it
suspension will have 16" FOA coil overs 4link rear and radius front or 4 link. suspension will have about 4-5" of up travel and over all the truck will sit low. the coilovers will come trough the hood and box.
cage will be exo
custom plate and tube bumpers
I have started the body mods all ready by adding a toyota extended cab cab behind the front doors to make it a full roofed 4 seater. I will all so be making tube fender for the front.
tires will be 37"toyo open country MTs with bead locks
I hope to have it out for some comps this year but time will tell:D :D
