Looking for a responsible/clean roommate (preferably a student or employed young adult) to occupy one bedroom of a 4 bedroom condo. Existing roommates are 3 quiet university students (two brothers and a friend). Close to many bus routes, Deerfoot Mall, Superstore, park and other amenities. $450 furnished or $425 unfurnished (plus DD) includes utilities, laundry facilities and shared access to all common areas including fenced yard. No smoking, no pets, please.
