removing tree on front lawn

We have a tree on our front lawn the drops sap and debris on our cars every year. The tree is about 5 feet from the sidewalk, so it requires the City's permission to remove. We tried several years ago, but the City didn't allow us to remove it.

Does anyone know of a process to lodge a complaint so that they might change their decision?

Call 311 and ask where your complaints/concerns are to be directed to...

I don't believe you will have any luck considering the Tree Protection Bylaw in place...
