I need a few travel release forms signed, and a quick search shows me that this service runs about 100 bucks here in Calgary. This to me is a bit shocking being that most places I have ever had this done will do it for free.
friend, family, relative.
I can pay, but just not that much for a signature and creased stamp on a page
TIA

I went to a injury lawyer office and they charged me 50 which even that I thought was too much but didn't have time to look around.
From what I heard afterward, some registry offices do it for way cheaper but not sure which ones.

Altafax registries across 50th Ave from Road King Truck Stop. I had a lien notarized a couple of months ago, it was either $10 or 15 + GST .

Every lawyer in Alberta is also a notary public. So, if you know any they could do it.

There is a place on 52nd / 17th SE that gives free Notary service with a pizza purchase. Right beside the Samosa Express.

You can only do this at a Law Firm.. It was about 60 bucks at the law firm right next to south centre mall (The tall building across from Willow Park)

The pizza guy is a commissioner for oaths, not a notary. Any lawyer can do it, and you'll spend $50-75 to get it done.

Registries won't Notarize because they aren't lawyers. If you need a commissioner of oaths, then you can go to registries. They are two completely different things.
