Tire Equivalent

Need some help, so the wife's car has 185/60R15 tires and if I was going to get 14" winter rims, what size of tires would be equivalent so that the speed isn't too much off? Would 185/70R14 work?

185/70r14 is slightly taller, but it would porobably fit without an issue... 175/70R14 is closer, but there are a lot fewer choices in that size...
