Lately I've been trying to eat healthy. I usually scramble four eggs and eat it with some mustard. Is this good for me? What can I do to start my day off better? I also have a banana after my eggs.

Getting sick of eggs/oatmeal in the mornings. Other recommendations for a healthy breakfast that isn't gross?

cheerio's?

I eat them almost every morning with a peice of fruit or two. Sometimes also have a handful of almonds before I leave :dunno:

Yogurt and oats is always decent as well

Add different things to your eggs and oatmeal to change it up.

haha ***ALMONDS***

I don't eat a large breakfast most days except weekends where I go out simply because I would rather sleep 10 extra minutes than wake up and make eggs.

Lunch is where it's at since I usually eat it 3 hours after I wake up
