So I have a choice between these two cars only, the pathfinder is fully loaded, leather, sunroof, TOP MODEL. It has 198kms and was bought from a dealer it is very clean, and cleant title 2nd owner.

or I can get a 2005 Chrysler 300 Touring with 211,000 kms fully loaded sunroof, but no leather. Clean title, 2nd owner

What would be the better deal, in terms of resale value, and reliability? gas consumption? any other things I need to look at these two vehicles.

And yes I have no other choice only these two vehicles. Please give me feedback I am very confused.

Which do you like more? It is like comparing apples to oranges and asking which is better.

Also hard to give you resale value if you dont give us prices.

The Chrysler won't have much in the way of resale. Which model is it? 211,000km's will make it hard to resell, especially with more mileage on it.

Well I am not paying for it, these are my families vehicles and I get to pick one of them, the chrysler is a touring model
automatic, 6 cylinder 3.5L 250hp

Drive 'em both and see which one you like better? I personally would take the 300, but simply because I don't care for SUV's.

These are entirely different vehicles. What would you be using it for? If you ever move stuff, then the SUV is the way to go. Otherwise, the 300 might be because of (likely) better gas mileage and imo, better looks.

How do you feel about winter driving? Maybe the 4X4 might be better for you. Or, if you are completely comfortable and are going to be buying new tires anyway, then the 300 might be better.

This is entirely driver decision; it isn't like anyone can really tell you what would be better for your needs.

I'm preferential to the Pathfinder, and personally hate the 300s, so my vote is for the Pathfinder. Fairly easy to work on, and the gas mileage is pretty good for an SUV. Probably fairly comparable to the 300 with regards to fuel economy. 4WD is great for our shitty winter roads, too.

Pathfinder for sure. There isn't anything the 300 can do that the Pathfinder can't but there is lots the Pathfinder can do that the 300 can't (4x4). And when I say 4x4 I'm not talking about out at Maclean Creek. I'm talking about when winter gets real shitty with lots of snow and people start bitchin' about the city not clearing residential roads.

I've also owned several high milage Nissan products without problems. Dodge on the other hand...not so much.

Well I drove the Chrysler 300 during the winters sometimes, it does slip a lot, and gets stuck every where every time:banghead:

Well I was wondering what would be the resell price for both of them if I want to drive it couple months and sell it and try getting something else?

And no I am not going to get tires otherwise, and the fan for the heater is making weird noises I think the fan needs to be changed, and sometimes the car blinks it's head lights well all the lights, like it's running out of battery.... so maybe alternator:dunno:

You're going to have a much easier time selling the Pathfinder down the road because it's an import. To sell a domestic sedan with that many KM's...you'll have to practically give it away.

You'll be bored of the 300 in no time. No matter how good 250hp sounds on paper, it an absolute dog. They look nice with big wheels, but thats it.

Definetly the Pathfinder for all reasons stated above.

Having owned a 2008 Chrysler 300 with the 3.5L, I can say with a high level of certainty, NOT THE FUCKING 300.

No matter how crappy the pathfinder is, the pathfinder is still probably the better car.

Pathfinder. It will have worse fuel mileage, but it will most certainly last longer than the 300. Plus you'll be able to sell it...no one will buy a 2005 300 with over 200K kms. PLus the 4x4 on the Pathy will be nice in the winter....and give it more of a chance on resale since people pay way too much for SUV's in this city.

Nissan > Dodge. Hands down.

If i bought the Chrysler I would be heading straight to MOPAR and making a sleeper...
My friends dad has a 2009 300 and I love it.

I would probably do the pathfinder just due to usefulness as a DD

How much was the 300 selling for?

those pathfinders are pretty quick, a lot of fun for a small SUV

I'd take the pathfinder in a heartbeat.
