I was just thinking the same thing.

I think the 1/4 mi was done so the SRT-4 driver backed off on the gas, but I could be wrong - its too dark to see but it looks like they went through an intersection before the teg started catching up.

I would say it is because the SRT starts dropping power bigtime at about 5k rpm

Besides, I'm not saying its not possible, that the teg beat the SRT-4, just looks like the car wasn't accelerating anymore when the teg started to gain.

Hes never taken it to the dyno, but its a built LS with a Drag turbo kit(dunno the size), prototype EFI cams, hondata computer, full exhaust, ect ect...I got to drive it the other day, it definetly moves!

The SRT4 trapped 103-104 in the 1/4 if anyone was interested, which is right at where he let out in the video.
