Description : Up for sale is my baby, not looking forward to selling it but financial situations warrant that I do. Car is in excellent shape. One of few 2004-2005 style body to come with crystal gray metallic. 2.0L turbocharged flat-4 style motor. In 05 they updated the interior of the car to have a new console, cupholder style, new materials on the seats and doors, new style door cards. Car has following features:
- power steering
- power locks
- power windows
- power mirrors
- heated seats (dual temp)
- heated mirrors
- auto climate controls
- greddy boost guage
- height adjustable driver seat
- factory bucket-style seats
- compustar 2 way starter/alarm
- turbo timer (built into compustar)
- HID headlights
- Painted side skirts (factory option in 05)
- Rally armour mudflaps
In november of 09 the motor started to have issues and was resolved by centaur subaru installing a new block completely covered under warranty, so this car has less then 10,000KM on the new motor which still has some warranty on it. Was broken in properly and has never been bagged or raced - it was just a rod issue which some subarus are known for. Also done at the time was the 96,000 KM service including inspecting the brakes, drivelines. The clutch was also inspected while the motor was out showing plenty of driving ahead before replacement. I Just figured I would let any potential buyers know before hand that this car did have an engine issue, but is currently sitting on a brand new 8,000$ block.
Very few mods done to car. It has epic engineering springs which provide a moderate drop and stiffen the body roll a slight amount, and koni yellow insert struts. The combination of the two makes it plenty comfortable to daily drive but just stiff enough to feel great when the road gets curvey. All of the motor/driveline is factory.
For posted price car will come with stock rims with winter rubber, for an extra 700 I will include motegi rims with azensis rt-615 tires, a fantastic tire to go with the suspension in the car.
Has been garage kept 90 percent of its life, always ran with high quality amsoil synthetic, winter driven as little as possible. Handles and drives like the day it rolled off the lot.
