First of all, excuse my writing quality, I'm on my blackberry.

I bought this car 2 years and haven't had any problems until recently. I was driving to school today and I noticed I had less power and my car sounded like shit. Iv got a full exhaust system and the car had lost all its tone, as well as a decrease in power. It almost seems like I'm runnong on 3 cylinders. Iv checked the spark wires and they're all good. I'm not extremely car savvy so I'm not sure what to do next. I'm done school at 12 and heading home, the car still drives, I'm just going to take it really easy.

Anybody have any ideas?

Are you sure it's only running on 3 cylinders? Any codes?

I would start with the distributor, double check the plug wires. Have you pulled the spark plugs to check them for abnormalities?

Also, you could just have a leaky exhaust issue.

a leaky exhaust does not usually cause a power drop

Start with the distributor as mentioned, 9/10 times that's the issue.

The best test is to try a known good one and see if that changes anything.

If it doesn't I would check the spark plugs themselves and if that all checks out, it may be injector related (very rare) or a compression test would also let you know if it has any issues.

The cat is also still on the car and in good shape?

ya do a compression test first, if your compression is good do LITTLE TUNE UP
