building new home question

My gf and i are looking to build a new place right now we are in a house that is too big and we are looking to kind of downsize. I was wondering if anyone knows any companys that build custom smaller homes in the NW or Airdre. Obivoulsly the cheaper the better :)

Check out skyview ranche in Calgary. Smaller and more affordable homes there to say the least. It's at the very far north end of Calgary off country hills blvd.
