*Plz PM me with any questions/inquiries*
The Good: KLZE (200bhp) swapped approximately 4 yrs ago (~90,000km on it now) has always run strong....things replaced at time of swap: Timing belt, tensioner and water pump, as well as the clutch. CV joints were replaced. Front brakes callipers were rebuilt, along with an alignment, new rotors and new OEM pads from mazda. Things replaced since: Front valve cover gasket, intake manifold gaskets, rear brakes with new rotors and callipers done 3yrs ago. New header back (no cat) 2.5" straight pipe exhaust also done about 3yrs ago. Short throw shifter, boost gauge (for VRIS)/oil pressure gauge (copper line cracked but just replaced that and its fine), 17" ADR fuel wheels (brand new rubber on the fronts, rears have camber wear from another car they were on). Helios HID's. Intake. Interior is pretty awesome minus a tear that just started on the drivers seat. Battery is less than a year old. Overall this cars pretty peppy and fun to drive....hard to find something quicker for the $.
The bad: rust by gas door, oil pan gasket can get a little sweaty, but no huge leak or anything. Car got broken into and for some reason they snapped my hood release...can get pretty cheap from PnP or even Mazda (I called and it was $42 or something like that). Idle can be finicky once in awhile...but this is due to the TPS needing resetting due to the swap, this is likely gonna get done before sale.
Brand spanking new distributor ($300+)....The right rear caliper seized. So it now has a brand new rotor and caliper with maybe 500km on them (another $300+). Recently developed a studder in high RPM though.....I think its just the old plug wires....likely replacing these soon.
UPDATE: car NO LONGER has the stutter....it was the old wires.....replaced them and plugs today and she runs smooth through the gears! YAY!
Asking Price : $2200 (possible trades welcome, preferably an SUV/4x4/AWD)
