Ticketmaster paperless tickets

Anyone ever bought tickets for a show that uses paperless tickets? I bought tickets for a John Mayer concert and I was sent physical tickets in the mail. Do I still need the credit card with me when I go to the show?

Paperless? If they have been sent to you then they're not paperless.

If you ordered them online and have them in your possession then no - you just present them at entry as normal (done this several times with ticketmaster tickets). If you've organised box office pick up, then you have to take yourself/ID/and the card used to purchase them to the box office to collect.
