Hey guys I started to work out a couple weeks ago, but I'm still eating half shitty, and I need to find out what kind of foods I should start eating, and what is easy to make?

I am not trying to lose weight, but just build it into muscle. I used to eat out way to much, and make steaks, chicken wings, pizza and a bunch of of nasty crap, but I'm trying to cut down...

Please direct me in the right direction!

Since you're looking to build muscle you want to have around 1g protein per pound that you weigh. Here are some high protein/low carb meals that I eat every day :)

4oz steak + 7 asparagus spears + 0.5 cup broccoli + 0.5 tbsp olive oil:
381 calories, 22g fat, 11.1g carbs, 35.7g protein

6oz chicken breast + 1 cup green beans + bigass leafy salad w/ olive oil and vinegar dressing, cucumbers, celery:
441 calories, 14g fat, 14g carbs, 54.2g protein

1 standard can of tuna + miracle whip (the real stuff, not this "light" crap) + 1 chopped pickle + chives + some dill:
180 calories, 9g fat, 2g carbs, 30g protein.

Add 3oz. of shrimp to any meal for an extra 122 calories, 2g fat, 1.1g carbs, 23.5g protein.

^^^ Tuna is the way to go or skinless chicken.
