Hey, just casting my net out there to see if anyone knows: I need a specific part to fix my PS3's bluray drive. The only place I can find in Canada or that doesn't charge exorbitant shipping is in Nova Scotia, so it's a long wait to get parts XD
I was just wondering if anyone knew of anyone or anywhere in Calgary that sold PS3 parts by component, ie PSU's, mainboards, BR drives, BR drive internals, etc.
For those wondering, I specifically need a KEM400AAA laser deck, or a KES400A/AAA drive assembly (with no control board, and laser not vital if not included). My specific problem is the drive in my 40GB PS3 has a bad disc motor. The laser guidance motor is fine, the laser works fine, it's just the disc won't spin :banghead: :banghead:
