I have a barely played copy of Assassin's Creed (the first one) for the X360. The disc has maybe 5 hours of spin on it, that's it. So I would consider it near mint. Willing to part with it for $10 (and I can guarantee it's in better shape than anything you would buy second hand at EB Games)
Halo 3 Legendary Edition (helmet, game, bonus DVD). Willing to part with for $40. Everything is in excellent condition, the helmet has only come off the stand 6 times that I can recall.
