Anyone ever use one of these as a home server? Sorry I'm kind of a server noob... Can you install a normal sataII drive in these?

it is possible as there is an onboard dvd drive which I believe is run through sata but these are preferred because you get the redundancy or Raid 1 and 15000RPMs
