WTB: Acura or Honda

My mother in law is looking to buy a car. She originally wanted an Audi but because of where she lives in Sask if it needed repairs it would have to be sent out to Regina.

Just a few thigns she requested:

year 2000 + Acura or Honda, 2 or 4 doors. Something like a RSX or Civic. She wants is in Red only (lol).
Looking to spend no more than $15,000

Open to other makes as well, but not dodge, ford or chev.

I will be checking out the local market here in Calgary for her.

Is she OK with a manual or stuck seeking an automatic which are harder to find in the RSX model when I was buying last year. With the better weather now, there are more for sale as the days roll on.

I would think heated seats are a must have as well, some RSX models missed out on this option. Heated seats are a deal maker in my opinion, without take a pass.

She would prefer standard, but will settle for Auto if it came down to it.

She loved driving my Tuscani (6 spd) when she would visit. I have an 08 civic si and love it. Gonna be checking out that 8th gen SI as well.
