Well first of I'm not Howard Chui.

I bought the phone and I had only previously seen pictures of the phone never the actual phone. The phone comes with the faceplate you see and also a red one. I don't like either of them. I wanted silver/grey but never got it. Other than that I played with the phone a bit and set up the browser. I didn't make or receive any calls on it though. I'm sure it works fine and I'll make a test call if someone is seriously interested. I imagine I'll wake up in the morning and decide to use it tomorrow.

I ordered it a couple days ago so I was kind of obligated to pick it up. I didn't have to but since I ordered it I did. Now I was just seeing if anyone wanted to take me up on this excellent price so I could get something else.

Have you kept track of how many phones you have had over the years?! That would be an interesting number! I remember way back in the day you always had a different phone then too.

Oh PS, how have you been getting around the ESN number change with your provider? I hear that they have lately been charging $25 to switch an ESN on a plan?

GSM phones don't have ESN #'s typically. They do have IMEI's which basically tell ur provider which phone you have. In my case, they just have a generic IMEI # set on my acct cuz I didn't tell em what phone I had at the time of activating my Sim. That way, I can swap my Sim card into any GSM phone I want and it'll work regardless.
