A 2008 Bullitt Edition Mustang!

I honestly could not help but make a thread about this! I pick her up Thursday! Disgustinly low KMs also! Owned by a old man who used it as a grocery getter!

Black Edition Mustang Number 4328!... I think i forgot the number haha :D

For those of you who dont know what the Bullitt Mustang is.. Search Steve McQueen In the 1968 Movie Bullitt that made him and this car famous!


Pics to come as soon as i pick it up! Very very very very excited!

Hope to take it out on lots of Cruises this year!


In total there were 7000 Made! I am now one of the very lucky owners to have this car! 300+ have now been Crashed or destroyed :(

It's pretty neat to get a limited edition, as well. The pic in my sig was one of only 600 made too (back in my youth and long since dead now - RIP :( ) but it was great fun while it lasted.

Definetly bringing it out on the cruises and meets this year! And Bourge73 the Bullitt wheels are an 18 inch upgrade on there with better tires on the bullitt!

I think the most wicked thing about owning this car is knowing i have one of only 7000 Bullitts built threw out US and Canada!

Specs on this bad boy is completly upgraded suspension, ford racing cold air intake, custom exhaust with a custom h pipe to give it the sound of the old 68 bullitt! 315hp with 325lbs torque! Definetly the mustang to have!
And yes they only came in black which I own and dark highland green!

Basically this car is built for road racing! Funny thing is.. I've maybe floored the car twice now? I feel bad pounding on it.. I plan to keep this car for a looong time! And I expect if I drive it with respect shell treat me well in the future.. I always hated beating the hell out of my cars lol this is honestly the best thing I've done in my life!

Ya, that's what I always thought as well. Maybe the previous version was only available in green.

Edit: Looked it up and yes, the fourth gen. was only available in Dark Highland Green.

They came in black and green only.

2001 Bullitt had the same option (just was a discrace to the bullitt with that style)

2008 They made them in black and green, I personally like the black more, The highland green is perferred by most, But i like my black!

And 403Gemini, She wasnt cheap, But it was well well worth it because its one of those cars you buy, and dont plan to sell!

Uv1569, what exactly is special about a GT500? and a cobra? Other than the countless amount of owners who have one because their "fast" and supercharged dood! Half the people that drive them don't even know what's put into those cars or even know who Carol Shelby is.. Obviously your not a "die hard mustang fan" like you say because you'd see why this car is special. Do a little research :) you'll see what I mean.

Well I would never question the terminator. It is very special. Independant rear suspension (!!), cast iron block, forged internals, H rods, upgrades intake manifold, upgraded camshafts, short tube headers, 8 psi supercharged 430hp, lightened flywheel with a T56 transmission along with exterior body modifications. They really aren't "everywhere" and I would definitely take one!

If it was a terminator, 93 cobra, 95 cobra R, 00 cobra R, SVO i might be a more inclined to say hey cool buy.. But Its a bullit its just as mediocre in 01 / 02 as it is now... oh and when ur sitting in a tims parking lot reving your stock exhaust.. way to rice it up

Just baught a terminator 03 30th anniversary convertible.....369 EVER made. ford rated it at 390hp but many tests have been made and it got much more than that. here is a teaser pic of mine, I got different wheels on it now tho. will make a tread when i get it home from LA.
