Mouse over preview?

Don't know if this has alrady been suggested. But it'd be cool if there could be a small preview when you mouse over the thread title...

So for example when you'r ein the marketplace you can mouse over the thread title and have a 20 word preview or whatever before you actually click on the thread ittle to open the thread.

I just think it'd be nice to know more about the thread than the title says before opening. Probably just lazy on my part.

That's an awesome idea...there are a few other forums that do this and it is a huge help and time saver!

With the # of new threads to keep up with, its nice to be able to glance a thread without opening it

Especially true for posters who dont like putting much info in thread titles.

eg. "I need help" and "what the *&%%" types

I didn't even notice the date on the 1st post haha.
But yeah, that would be a really sweet addition, so much easier
to filter out the things you have interest in reading and the ones you don't.

i kinda agree too, would probably reduce bandwidth use too right?, not as many people would click on threads they arent interested in after reading the start of it

ah thanks... . I searched for "mouse over" ... not "hover"

either way, its too bad.... I've seen VB3 on big forums (privately owned) and its worked fine.
