Usually when they're going into overtime or a penalty shot, sometimes coming on the ice. Typically all the lights go red.
Maybe 30 seconds of HARD fast techno beats that lead into "We will rock you" but it's not a remix of that queen song I don't think. I'm sure it's over 180 beats/min rhythm.
They almost always play it every game.
