Land in Aspen Woods is extremely expensive becuase of the prime location...

Avg lot was going for like 400k last year, prob still at 250+ right now...

It's a good location with finished walkout basement and triple garage. It's also on a 1/4 acre (10,000+ sq ft) lot. I think it's priced fairly but you can get more for that kind of money, plus I'm not a fan of the 1 bedroom up layout.

It's definitely not as nice or as big as some of the neighboring houses, but that's reflected in the price. The pictures aren't the best either, and probably don't do the house much justice.

Haha....just down the road from Owan Nolan's place. I did the tile in his house. His was much nicer than Dion's.

Looks very much like the house is staged for selling. So I doubt those are his things. Quite often people will leave the electronics with the house because so much is built in, but the cabinets in the kitchen look empty. Everything seems staged to me.
