Sorry Jordan, not trying to ruin a sale but correct me if i'm wrong, this condo is built by Pointe of View Developments. I think anyone who is interested should be aware of the builder given the poor reputation that this company has.

If it wasn't for the builder, I'd definitely hop on a deal like this.

correct. Keep in mind if this was a Gateway development it would be priced 50-60k higher. (full concrete)

People have had good and bad experiences with Point of view developments for sure. its a great entry level condo for someone who cannot spend over 250k
