Kenwood CD player

My G/F has a Kenwood Flip face CD player in her car, and upon opening the other day, it got caught on the coffee mug (Had happened more than once) and flipped back inside....

Now it won't open again... We've tried the little slider release button, and I'vew pulled the fuse to try to reset it, but nothing...

Anyone here have an Idea what might be wrong, or how I might fix it???

It happen to my KDC-MP919 Also...
try the following methods:

1) press the top left corner of the back face
2) Unplug the negative charge on the car battery and reconnect after 1 min or so

I remember mine was the opposite of your situation... mine wouldn't go back in, so i pressed the reset button on the face and everything went back to normal
