Weld bung to downpipe where?

Hello all,

Ordered a downpipe with wideband bung option and didn't recieve the bung.

Looking for a recommendation for getting someone to weld a bung on for me.

I can do it if you can drop off the pipe at my workplace. pm for details, i even have a bung laying around.
