Hey, I was just curious what people have done to polish there intercooler piping or a place that does it along with fixing the fins on there intercooler? thanks!

To polish the piping you get sandpaper, starting at around 400 grit, and keep going up to maybe 800 grit? Then you use aluminum polish and rags, and polish till your arms fall off, or if you have a die grinder and polishing wheel, do that. As for intercooler fins, pretty much gotta do it yourself, sit there and poke them with a small screwdriver. I wouldnt worry if a few fins are bent, wont really affect anything.

After the sand paper you need to use... I think it's call scotch brite pads? To polish aluminum.
