This sounds like a dumb computer question...but can you load and register Serato Scratch Live onto another computer if it's already been used and registered by you, the original owner??

Serato Scratch Live is free software, it just runs in a crippled mode without the hardware (in this case the SL-1 box). Long story short, if you buy the SL-1 box listed in the OP, you can download install the software for free and use it as it was intended. There are no serials, keys, or registration steps to be had.
