Has anyone ever got their VO2 Max done, what sport?

I am booked to do it next week, so anything to look out for/prepare for?

Other than eating right and getting enough rest?

Super stoked.
Was the overall process worth it to you?

I was looking to get some VO2 Max testing done last summer... never did get around to it. Let me know how it goes, I'm still thinking of getting it done...

There is a way to estimate your VO2 max by doing the leger beep test. Obviously not as accurate, I got to level 12, beep 7 which equates to 55.4 ml/kg/min.

I am going to get this done soon to as well as true BMR. Apparently somewhere at SAIT you can get this done

Where can you grab a tape for the beep test?

I havent done it since i was in jr. high.. Was such an out of shape kid (not fat, but no energy), and didnt do that well i dont think ahaha... Would like to see how i would compare. (with athleticism being very high on my list now).

i have it saved on my computer, pm me your email.

Nowhere near as accurate but will give you a pretty good indication of where you may expect to be.
