I downloaded a torrent and wasn't paying attention to the file type, turns out it was an ISO file, how do I convert it to an AVI file?

Also what do I need to play the Rxx (R32) format?

Do you just want to watch it on your computer? ISO is just an image file, you can mount it on a virtual drive and watch it with programs like Alcohol 120%. If its a proper ISO you can probably also burn it to a DVD and play it in your home theater or CD rom as well.

windows 7 auto mounts .iso files now. If you want it to watch on a dvd player with USB just burn it to a cd as is and it will play as a dvd

Handbrake encodes to AVI I believe.

You'll still have to mount the ISO to a virtual drive on your PC though but after that it's pretty straight forward.
