Any idea what this stealth is worth?

197xxx MILES
engine rebuilt 30xxx km ago
shocks and springs done 1 year ago along with a new power steering pump
1 set of new arctic claw xsi winters and 1 brand new set of NT555r summer tires
new deck, sub, amp and type s speakers
exhaust+intake and some other minor modifications
new rotors and calipers

the bad:
passenger window will not come down
you can tell the body has 197xxx miles on it, paint is original.. there is no rust, just little dings and scuffs and some miscolouring especially on the front bumper

mechanically it is fine, all the bad is cosmetic

$2500 to $4000 depending on what the condition is like and how fast you would like to sell the car.

yea 2-3k maybe if you can verify the claim that the engine is rebuilt. But WHY?

Well at least you dont have to worry about the turbos with the ES model.

I'd walk away, even if you get it for 2-3 thousand, if the tranny goes (I'm sure it's on it's way with that many K) it will cost you about the same amount again if you can find one. I'm sure there are many other mitsu parts on there that are either hard to come by, or will cost you an arm and a leg.

The thing sounds beat. Are you buying it cause you are on a budget, or cause you really want a stealth?
