I don't think this will be a very popular idea anywhere ... but to me, it makes sense. These scooters have motors, and some can go fairly quickly, meaning they can pose a danger to the drivers and the general public around them.
I couldn't find much on Canadian regulations, anyone have any idea if we have any, or how strict they are?
