guy in the middle of the intersection is in the right... he overshot it and stayed put, he's not in anyones way anyway. last year my cousin got a ticket for reversing out of a crosswalk to make way for a lady with a stroller. cop told him he shouldn't have moved.

thats a weird light there, its two stop lights within 20 feet i think. i dont think he was actually trying to stop in the intersection there.

you can stop between both lights there. everyone does it
