So i asked people for their honest opinions, and my acne kind of went away but its still all over my face. My friends said i'd be so pretty without acne, and all my guy friends said i'd be the prettiest person in the school without it. It makes me so depressed D: And all my stress makes it worse, halp?

Do you do any exercise, or is the only thing your doing starving yourself with 800 calories/day?

Get rid of soda all together, drink water.

On an 800-cal diet your body has probalby gone into survival mode, storing all the fat that it can, and converting the bare minimum to energy for bodily functions. You're probably feeling light headed and feeling very weak.

Increase caloric intake (best increase would be to have a larger breakfast) and do some light cardio each morning. 30-40 mins.

----

How is your sodium intake? How much water are you drinking? Is water retention a possibility?

We're probably not going to hear back from you:

3000 calories a day is why you become overweight. Most people can do fine on half that much to keep a healthy bodyweight.

Anything under 1,200 calories/day is considered anorexia.

Don't lose weight by starving yourself... do a lot of cardio (slow jogs, light bike riding) for 1hour per day, eat a lot of whole fruits and vegetables. Don't eat refined foods if you can help it.

Get your intake up to 1,800 calories/day and increase how much exercise you're doing.

You are going about this completely wrong... your body doesn't know what the fuck is up, and you will definitely end up gaining all the weight back and end up heavier than when you started if you stay on this path.

1) Get a heart rate monitor. ($60-400 depending on how much you want to spend).
2) Google: heart rate training
3) Do a lot of exercise in your aerobic zone... at least 1hr per day at 70-80% of your max heart rate.
4) Start eating more food, but make sure what you're eating is healthy.

It's different for each person. You would have to be moderately active to be burning off 3000 cals a day, and that's just to maintain current weight.

First off lose the Diet soda. Diet soda is harder on your body then regular soda. Drinking lots of water will help you alot. Also within your diet just eat healthy meals, cutting back on salt, sugar and carbs.

Do a fast walk on a treadmill with full incline. You will find this will burn the most calories

1) Anorexia is a physical condition, it does not describe how many calories you take in. ie a 300lb man taking in 1200 cals/day is NOT anorexic.

2) You DO NOT NEED to do cardio. In fact with a severe caloric deficit cardio can be detrimental as it can increase the rate of metabolic slowdown. Also, the amount of calories you can burn doing cardio is a drop in the bucket compared to the caloric deficit that you are already creating through diet.

3) DO NOT weigh yourself everyday.

What makes up your 800 cals/day?
During your diet, have you incorporated free meals/diet breaks?
Are you male of female?
How much do you weigh?
What's your estimated BF%?

When do you weigh yourself? Try to do it right in the morning.

Are you exercising?

Your 800 calorie diet is killing you hardcore, you are probably damaging ur body beyond belief and its something you might not notice at first but you will soon enough. For your weight i say go with a 1500 calorie diet and you will still be able to lose weight it will just take a bit longer. Add in cardio and you should be losing it a bit faster.

Do you get enough nutrients in ur 800 calorie diet? What are your macros like?

Give us as much info as you can so we can help you out.

^^ THIS.

when you starve yourself, your body goes into survival mode and actually retains calories. eat several small meals a day. keep the protein high and exercise.

lulz I doubt someone who is 30% bodyfat knows what their macros are. Hell I'm 12% bodyfat (which is pretty average for a skinny guy) and I couldn't tell you what my daily macros are.

Regardless the fact that the OP is probably a troll, stick to ~5000 calorie/week deficiency and you will shed the weight in no time. You don't have to exercise to lose weight, the people who tell you this are probably the same phaggots who spend half their time in the gym doing abdominal exercises and fucking around with the exercise ball.

If this person has no clue what his/her macros are then they have no knowledge of dieting properly. But this does seem more evident by his/her initial post.
