those black rims are for only winter tires not summer tires

ya, those black rims have winter rubber on them, although i'm unsure how this car would handle in the snow.

The car is gonna handle like a dream in the winter, Those cars are heavy tanks just like my charger was! You wont have any issues at all, I had almost bald summer tires all around on my charger and it did great.
