Werd. Title says it all. Will try to keep it updated with interesting spottings as I see them.

First...some pics from a couple months ago on a freeeeeeezing cold day:
Phantom (cell phone pic):

Note the height of the chauffeur and his matching sweater:
http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y60/turbobenz/new%20york/0220101227.jpg

The executive vehicle of choice: black S550. These are the "3-series" of Manhattan. You literally can't keep a track of how many you see.
http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y60/turbobenz/new%20york/IMG_5757.jpg

Cayenne GTS: Nothing rare or super special but I think the color on this one is sick. Simple, clean, classy.
http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y60/turbobenz/new%20york/IMG_5803.jpg

Note black S550 whizzing by in the background :)
http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y60/turbobenz/new%20york/IMG_5811.jpg

Audi Dealership across from Trump Tower: Color on this V10 R8 is stunning in person.

http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y60/turbobenz/new%20york/IMG_5758.jpg

In front of the Plaza Hotel:

http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y60/turbobenz/new%20york/IMG_5789.jpg

S63 AMG w/cheeeesy wheels:
http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y60/turbobenz/new%20york/IMG_5792.jpg

One of these cars does not belong in the mega baller line up:
http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y60/turbobenz/new%20york/IMG_5795.jpg

Other notable spottings include:
- Maybach 62
- Bentleys Galore
- Occasional Lambo driving in the snow

Can't wait to see what summer has to offer in terms of car spottings.

And now...pics taken today (04/9/10)

Start it off with a Gran Turismo:

Big B:
http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y60/turbobenz/new%20york/IMG_5859.jpg

A rather odd spotting......a tank of liquid nitrogen sitting on the corner of a major intersection. Thats a ring of ice on the outside of the tank. It had a line running down into the sewer. WTF?
http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y60/turbobenz/new%20york/IMG_5861.jpg

http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y60/turbobenz/new%20york/IMG_5863.jpg

RR Silver Seraph:
http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y60/turbobenz/new%20york/IMG_5864.jpg

The highlight of my day...NYC Audi Forum. I posted pics from here last time when they were closed. Its not a dealership...its just a showroom for them to showcase cars at. I just googled it to find out what its purpose is (other than advertising) and found that they have meeting rooms in the back for execs to meet at etc.
"The Audi Forum New York City is a multi-function showroom designed to educate customers on Audi products, serve as a meeting space for Audi executives and constituents, and host events for media and consumers from Audi and other parties."
http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y60/turbobenz/new%20york/IMG_5883.jpg

Whatever the case is.....heres what they had inside the showroom this time
http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y60/turbobenz/new%20york/IMG_5879.jpg

http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y60/turbobenz/new%20york/IMG_5866.jpg

WIDELOAD!
http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y60/turbobenz/new%20york/IMG_5873.jpg

http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y60/turbobenz/new%20york/IMG_5875.jpg

http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y60/turbobenz/new%20york/IMG_5870.jpg

http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y60/turbobenz/new%20york/IMG_5882.jpg

This color is just sick. I can't get enough of it. Interior is a light tan/parchment color. Total class.
http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y60/turbobenz/new%20york/IMG_5881.jpg

Flying Spur:
http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y60/turbobenz/new%20york/IMG_5885.jpg

An interesting spotting....its the new Rolls Royce Ghost (aka Baby Phantom). Interior is balling....but the exterior is so BLEH. It caught my eye because of the bright LED tails, but other than that it just doesn't have the presence a Rolls should have IMO.
http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y60/turbobenz/new%20york/IMG_5889.jpg

This dood was rippin from light to light...wicked sound as it echos off buildings. Nothin too special but whatever:
http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y60/turbobenz/new%20york/IMG_5890.jpg

And finally...if you think your week sucked...imagine what this guy must feel:

Is it just me or does it look like the Cayenne GTS hit the car in front of it?

That's how they park in NY, Ram the guy in front. They have a thing that you hang out of your trunk over the bumper called a 'bumper badger' that protects your bumper. Honestly, every car in NYC has beat up bumpers front and rear. This is how everyone parks:

I believe part of the reason you see so many S550's is because many of the hotels use them as cars for the residents in the hotels. My hotel had a couple, but the one time I decided to use that service I took the Maybach instead (can't pass up an opportunity like that!)

Great Pics man, I thought the nitrogen thing was random too!

Spotted that in midtown a couple weeks back. Kinda stands out and its a pretty big tank too.

I will post a time lapse vid outside my window to show how much NY drivers actually use bumpers as guides...including my car :guns:

Those things are so pointless. The bulk of scrapes are on the edges of bumpers when people pull in and out of parking spots. Im looking for the 2" padding that sticks to the width of the bumper...or one with studs. :D

haha...dood I wish I was here on vacation. Check PM yo.

Godfuader: That building is on 58th in between Lexington and 3rd. Very very nice building to check out. Pictures don't do it justice, definitely worth seeing. Very very nice Always baller cars parked in there.

For more info as to why that liquid nitrogen tank was there read this link, very interesting stuff:

Cool pics man! Thanks for sharing. Not everyone enjoys seeing what other cities/countries have driving around, but I love it.
