my grandparents always used to have this hard candy with powdered sugar on it. i was just thinking about it today and thought that I should make some. i googled and found a recipe (see below), but it calls for "candy flavoring" and i don't know what that is or where to get it. anyone know?

here's what it looks like (but my grandparents had different colors):

Michaels has candy flavouring. Its a concentrated oil. Its in the cake decorating aisle. You can get quite a bit of candy making stuff there

Sometimes Michaels gets expensive so keep an eye out for their flyers where they'll usually have a 40% off coupon on one regular priced item.
