first car, got it free from a couple that didn't need it anymore because it would cost close to the amount the car is worth to fix all the "problems" it has. But I found a place, or more specifically, people I know & trust, that'll fix it for free as long as I pay if parts are required. so hey I can prob make money off the car haha. Minor things I dont care about include speakers and A/C not working good. The car got 198,500 KMs on it. There were also some minor engine problems including some leaking...I forget the others. It has a fairly new timing belt and battery though.

pics i pulled of ye ole google that look exactly like it:

I saw one like this the other day - clean. Lowered on a nice set of rims. This gen. Accord looks good like that, simple and clean.

that thing should be running strong.
i have the same car at 320 clicks. i got it for free too but that was july2006.
nothing wrong with it yet. i'm thinking it's good til at least 400 if not 450. of course i don't plan on keeping it that long and my rear wheelwells are rusting.

anyways back to what i was gonna say
if you have a rusting body like mine i really wouldn't throw any money into it.
just my two cents.

yeah you're right. i'll just use it for A-B and save up so I can get something nice later on. :)

i'll just clean it up and get the engine checked maybe and see what extremely inexpensive things I can do to make it nicer. That car deck for example my friend might give me would be great. AUX+CD instead of casette ****.

I will also have insurance and gas to pay for.
