Well i finally finished off the enclosure and got the sub in on this 2001 Vette with only 28,000 km on it.
Got a custom painted cap to really make this system one of a kind.

Hey Clay, how much would you charge for an install like that? I wouldn't mind a fiberglass enclosure for my trunk, preferably with a DC Level 3 or the like.

Graham i would have to get a better idea of what i was building but anything glassed especially paint quality costs big bucks. This one for example $1200 just in the enclosure, 3/4" plexi wasnt cheap.

Does that plexi hold pretty stiff then or is there a bit of flex to it? I would think 3/4" MDF would be a lot stiffer, so I'm curious as to how it performs!

Looks sweet though. Nice ride, too!

how did you screw the sub in without cracking the plexi?

Plexi is more dense then mdf so it is solid yes. Not sure how it sounds still waiting on the power plant to move it.
And yes pre drill no problems.
