Bought this off a friend recently, who had the phone for a year but now I want to sell it to upgrade to the 3GS. It has 3.1.2 firmware on it jailbroken and unlocked. I can return to regular firmware if desired. There are some scuffs on the back and a small crack by the switch but the front screen is perfect.
