Anyone have any suggestions for a career as a credit analyst.
I have a business degree and a business diploma.
I did some research and there is a CCP program which is a certified credit professional program, however, does this program really do me any good and is even an accredited.

As for types of careers being a credit analyst, I'd search out all Automotive lenders in your area, (ex. Ford Credit)

Ag & Commercial equipment lenders are mainly based in Burlington though FCC is based in SK but have relationship managers in every town, not sure about about Caterpillar though.

You can also check out Heavy truck lenders (Int'l, Mack etc.)

Mortgage brokers.

On the other side of the coin, any type of dealership may have a finance manager which would also be up your alley, as you'd send all of your applications to a credit analyst.
